Warranty
Lifetime Limited Warranty
EBO INC extends a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser on all parts made by EBO INC. We will at any time repair or replace, at our discrection, any part manufactured by EBO INC which is defective in materials or workmanship. Any and all other mechanical parts not manufactured by EBO INC will be given the manufacturer’s warranty.
Electrical and Bearing Component Warranty
EBO INC will extend to you the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty on all electrical components, specifically the motor, variable frequency drive and control. Please contact EBO INC for warranty issues before contacting the original equipment manufacturer.
Warranty Claims
In all cases, return authorization must first be obtained by calling EBO INC. If a part must be returned to EBO INC the customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charges. Insurance on return shipments is required as EBO INC cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive or were damaged in shipment. EBO INC will pay return shipping and insurance to the customer via the lowest possible means.
Other Warranty Information
This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration or unreasonable use of any EBO INC product. EBO INC makes no other warranty, express or implied. No agent, representative, distributor, dealer or employee of EBO INC has the authority to increase or otherwise change the obligations or limitations of this warranty. The obligations of EBO INC in its sole discretion under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our discrection, of any EBO INC lathe, tool or accessory that is found to be defective.
EBO INC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state, province to province, or country to country.
